Multiple Options to Fit Your Needs
We offer shared and private options in both apartments and residence halls. Students can pick their option and if living with a roommate submit requests online.
Our primary residence hall option for Summer 24 will be Marycrest Hall. Our primary apartment options will be Lawnview Apts and Adele Center.
Graduate students who are living on-campus for fall semester can move into their University Place or Plumwood Apartments assignment early (in most cases starting with their summer arrival).

Full Summer Stay
- Residence Hall (shared room): $900
- Residence Hall (private room): $1,125
- Apartment (2-bedroom/4-person: shared apartment/bedroom): $1,730
- Apartment (2-bedroom/2-person: shared apartment/private bedroom): $2,245
FLEXIBILITY
Arrive and Depart on Your Terms
Students can elect their summer stay dates and pay only for the weeks they are on-campus. You are charged only for the weeks you stay. You can register for:
- Full Summer Stay
- Summer A Session
- Summer B Session
- Or choose whatever dates you need (Custom Dates)
CONVENIENCE
Move Directly Without Breaks
- Why pack up and leave for a week when you can move directly from your spring housing assignment to your summer residence?
- Why leave after summer session when you can move into your fall assignment weeks EARLY?
Transition housing is available free of charge for summer campus housing residents. This is an exclusive benefit not available to other students - transition housing is ONLY available to campus summer housing residents.
If you live off-campus for summer you will likely have one to two weeks before and after summer that are not covered by your off-campus lease. Campus housing is not available during that time to students other than those who were in on-campus summer housing.
