2017 Marianist Lay Community of North America Continental Assembly

Start Date:
7/13/2017
End Date:
7/16/2017
Description:

Conference Overview

Join us for a weekend of inspiration, prayer, education and fun as we come together in community to share, support, challenge and celebrate our efforts to embody the Marianist Charism as Lay Marianists.

The Assembly is an opportunity to deepen your faith, listen faithfully to God’s call, connect (and re-connect) with Marianists of all ages and backgrounds, learn about Marianist communities and challenge ourselves to expand our collective impact as members of the Marianist Movement.

The words of Blessed William Joseph Chaminade call us to be Christians whose aim would be to live the Gospel in “the full exactness and vigor of its letter and spirit.” Speakers, workshops liturgies, and entertainment have been carefully chosen to help us form and be formed as we deepen our commitment to the Marianist Movement and prepare to say Yes, God again as we follow the example of Mary.
